How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time consists of two phases:

• Processing time: Within 1 business day after your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed. Your parcel will then be prepared for shipment.
• Shipping time:
  United States: 5–12 business days*
  United Kingdom: 5–12 business days*
  Canada: 7–14 business days*
  Australia: 7–14 business days*
  New Zealand: 7–14 business days*
  Germany: 5–15 business days*
  Austria: 5–15 business days*

*All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), additional delays may occur.

Shipping is handled via YunExpress.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer premium tracked shipping. Shipping is free for all orders in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and Austria.

Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in the email. For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number is not working?

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If no information appears after this period, please contact our customer support at info@elora-madison.com.
