Exchange and Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition (unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached). If everything is in order, you are eligible for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7 business days (depending on your payment method and bank). Please note that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that are worn, damaged, or returned without the original tags.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elora-madison.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect and the packaging
- A short description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund.
Special Offer: Store Credit Refund for Sustainable Returns
To help reduce unnecessary returns and support sustainability, we offer a store credit refund for orders above €100. Instead of a standard refund, you will receive a digital store credit equal to the return amount, which you can use for any future purchase.
Return Request
- Download the return form, print it, and fill it out (or request it by email).
- Send your completed return form together with a photo of the items you wish to return to info@elora-madison.com.
- After your return request is approved, ensure the items are securely packaged and meet all conditions listed below.
- Clearly label the package with “Return” on the outside.
- Use a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Send a follow-up email with the shipping information (tracking number) to info@elora-madison.com.
Return Conditions
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
- Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Use a tracked and insured shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Your return must be approved before shipping — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Easy Return in Three Steps
- Request the form: Contact us via email with your order number, email address, and reason for return.
- Send the items: Ship your order together with the completed return form to the address below (with tracking).
- Refund or store credit: For orders above €100, you will receive a digital store credit equal to the return amount. For orders under €100, we issue a refund within five business days of receiving your return.
